What to include
The more of this you can tell us, the fewer replies it takes to sort out:
- The link to the template you were using, if it is about a specific one.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead — including the export format, if the problem showed up in a download.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- The email address on your account, if you are writing about billing. Please do not send card details; we never need them and cannot see them.

What does a plan cost, and what is free?
Every template, unlimited saved receipts and unlimited exports are free. Paid plans remove the watermark.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from billing settings at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
The store I need is not in the gallery.
Start from the closest layout and edit the header, or ask us for the store — the most-requested ones get added.
What happens to my data?
The privacy policy covers what is collected, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
